Double Deuce.

Its was early in the morning Major was walking alone Hawk,Pencer and Jackie was sitting in Hawk's car,Major went to it and greet them, Hawk didn't respond to Major he just looked away.What you doing in my hood so early? Major asked Hawk responded and said not no more it belongs to us now.Major told him that the police can't handle it so it is his, he's the one been holding it down.Then he notice Jackie had a tape recorder and ask her if he gonna be on TV. Jackie replied maybe Major laugh and said 'i am handsome enough to be on TV'.

Real World of DC..

The Real World of DC about eight young people from different States in America.I think these young people are at the trial bais in their life,they don't really know what they want they are confused. Mike says he is bi-sexual just a sign that he dont really know what he want to be,also Andrew is trying hard to get girls attention because he's insure and Ty and Emily can't decide if they want to be with each other. I think in these reality shows people dose things to get ratings they try to be some one that they are not. I personally don't watch reality shows because people degrade themselves. Most of the show all you see is partying and drinking and peoplle trying to sleep with people they have only know for maybe two hours. Ithink reality show is a bad influence for young people.

My New Learning Community

Class was very interesting this semester i've learned alot of skills in RD095 and EN001. Some of the most interesting skills i've learned in both these classes are, Main Idea,Topic,Tone and Purpose,How to write a Essay and how to apply my skills in grammer. Writing essay was very challanging and enjoying,because i had to allpy all the skills i have learned in EN001 and also in reading too.It was also fun to do the brainstorming too.
Main idea is very important in RD because many people dont think about it during reading i really didn'y think about it before this class i just know that i am reading and thats it.Now i have learned this skill in reading it makes my reading more interesting and also fun.Also Tone and Purpose helps me to understand the mood the author was in when writing a story,this helps me to understand the reading more.
One of my favorite topic is Popular Culture, i have never thought about Popular Culture and how it affect the community before class this semester. It's amazing we live in the community and indulge in these things and never thought about the effect its has on our enviroment.
Another interesting topic in class this semester is Chew on This, Meatrix and Ommnivore's Dilemma.Its amazing to know the history of the food we eat and where they come from. These texts are very informative they help me to think about my health and the food i consume an a daily basis.
Class was fun and very informative this semester i have learned a lot and my skills will help me not only for these two classes, but through out my college achieving my degree. Professor Simon and Dr.Wahl once said they are not trying to be hard on us,they are just preparing us for more challenging classes ahead of us.

My Toxic Enviromment

My enviroment is toxic because,i tend to rely on fast food instead of going in the kitchen and prepare a home cooked healty meal,also i rely on my car alot instead of walking sometimes.One example of my toxic enviorment is,i am suppose to be at work for 11:00am normaly i would give my self 2hrs to get out of the house. This gives me another hour to get up and get myself together so that i can get out and be on time. Instead of doing that,because i have a car i will get up 1 1/2hr before so this leaves me with little time to even get something to eat because there's McDonalds drive through.
Another example of my enviroment being toxic is that i rely on my car so much i dont rely get exercise too much.I know there's lots of time i am going places i can easily walk to,but because i own a car i just took the easy way out and drive(the lazy way or the toxic way)there goes my exercise. I live in a toxic enviorment and instead of walking away from it contribute to it.

My Diet On A Daily Basic.

On Friday morning i didn't have breakfast i went to 7Eleven got a bag of cheese curls some wing zings and a bottle of soda,that keep me good until about 4:00pm at work i had the munchie so i went to the vending machine and got a honey bun.Later that evenling i took my break i had a plate of curry chicken with white rice and a glass of mango carrot juice....yummy! That concludes my eating fo the day,i dont eat normally the way i should for example, breakfast is not a regular part of my daily diet most of my days i start eating at noon. However i make sure i eat a full course for dinner. On sat i didn't eat much i started uot late i had some Mc Donalds chicken strips and fries in the afternoon and later that evenling i ate a bowl of chichen soup and that was it fo my sat as you can see i dont eat normal at least i think so.

Double Deuce blog .

I agree with the statement,that the residence in Double Deuce should tell the police, Hawk and Spencer what they know about crime in their apartment complex instead of keeping it quiet.My reason fo this is in ch.12 the lady Mrs.Reid complained about the gangs arrasing her son even though her son would say who did it they use the tatics and found the one who hit her son.Hawk and Spencer showed them that they are gonna get each of them for whatever crime thy're responsible of commiting,even though Major tried to use his head on them it didnt work.

Cheisea wanted Adam her boyfriend to be in her daughter's Skye life badly i think it's because the way her dad has been in her life.Adam at first was there with Chelsea,but after Skye born he started acting irresponsably, not showing up to the baby's doctor visits,not answering calls and even disrespecitng her.

Fashion plays a big roll in pop culture so your apperance is relivant,natural hair dosen't go with every style so thats where hot comb come in it straighten the hair so that it can be culled in variuos different styles that matches your outfits and apperance.

Everybody hates Chris..

I watch "Everybody hates Chris" because its very funny,not only is it funny alot of the episodes most kids can relate to Chris.Chris is the oldest of three kids so most of the responsibities is on him. Chris father works hard to take care of his family and his mother can't keep a job because she doesn't like to be told what to do,"i don't need this my husband got two jobs" she would say just before she walks off a job. Because of this the dad has always been picking up odd jobs.Chris younger brother and sister is always fighting and getting Chris in trouble,between chores and looking after his younger siblings he gets little or no time for himself to go out and play with his best friend Greg.

There was one episode the Ghostbuster movie came out in the theatre so Chris and Greg planned to skip school to go and see it.That morning Chris woke up and because he was up to no good he was nerveous sitting around the breakfast table.He left his house and meet up with Greg as usual and they walked to schoolon the way to school the discuss the time thy were leaving school finally they decided to leave after roll call so the wouldn't be marked absent for the day.At the movies when they bought their tickets,the ticket guy asked why weren't they in school Chris lied and told him it was a black holiday so he let them in.I nside the theare Chris and Greg were talking and there was a woman sitting behind them she lean towards then and told them to be quiet.To their suprise it was ther teacher but since she told a lie why she wasn't at school she let them off the hook.After the movie Chris went home feeling happy,at the dinner table Chris mom ask how was school he said ok,after dinner Chris mom picp up his jacketto put up and oops the ticket fell out his jacket pocket.She screamed Chris name and from the tone of her voice he knew he was in trouble.

Lil Wayne

Honestly i can't agree or disagree with the writers opion because i don't listen to Lil Wayne's music.Until Friday's class i've never listen to the "Rebirth" his rock album,to me it's a different appoach to the rap world.I take the time out and listen a few of the tracts from the "Rebirth" and the wirters comment, "Whats is Lenny Kravitz doing to that terrible song" i totally disagree with that comment. I really dont think it sounds that bad at all.

My trip to South Beach.

My trip to South Beach was one of my most exciting trips ever. My ride from the airport was interesting, the veiw was just amazing.Upon reaching my hotel i was couldn't wait to go outside and walk the strip. A soon as i check in my hotel room and get settled in i was ready for the beach, my cousins were at their hotel on the beach so i packed my bag and head over to their room so we could all go to beach together.The beach was wonderful, i can't even begin to express how lovely and fun the beach was,after we leave the beach we all when back to our rooms get fresh up so we can all go to dinner.
After dinner we all went to walk the stript, checked out the area and enjoy the wonderful nightlife. During the walk we found a great lounge that you can sit and enjoy a live band. We all went in and hung out for a little while. After about an hour we all went back to our rooms to rest up for the next day.
The next day we woke up we all had gotten ready to attend a stage show. On the stage show there were artist that inclued T-Pain, Lil Wayne, Beenie Man, and much more. On arriving at the show it was very crowded and although we didnt have the best spot in the arena we still got a good view of all the artists. T-Pain, Rick Ross, Ace Hood, and DJ Kali was on stage performing; they were awesome. At the end of their performance they called out P.Diddy and the crowd went wild. After they finished the MC called out Serani and Bugle two of Jamaica's newest artist thats on the rise now, they performed well too. After that they took a break from the show, during the break they brought out two of Jamaica's Olympians Shelly Ann Foster and Usain Bolt. The break ended and the show started back with Beenie Man (King Of Dancehall), he put on a wild show performing a few of his greatest hits like King of Dancehall, Who Am I, Dude, and Girls Dem Sugar. After he finished there were performances by Lil Wayne, Elephant Man, and Movado bring the show to an end with his crew The Alliance. He also did his new hit singles Im So Special and Last Night. The show was unbelievable and very enjoying. There was also alot of great carribean food to eat. The food and show was all a delight. Then we went back to hotel I went straight to sleep the day was a good one and it wore me out.
The next day we were leaving so we all went to get one last swim in the beach. Went back to our room packed and got ready for check out so we would catch our flight. That was one unforgettable trip I had so much fun.
